At KiteFix, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. That is why KiteFix promises its clients will be 100% satisfied with the company's products and service.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with the KiteFix products you purchased, return the merchandise in its original packaging and we will repay you the total purchase cost of the products.
This refund/return policy only applies to on-line orders at kitefix.com. Refund demands must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer will assume all shipping charges or any loss or damages to the product (s). To make a refund demand, please send us an email at info@kitefix.com . We will need the following information: name, phone number, the product (s) you are returning, your receipt and the reasons why you are demanding a refund. As soon as KiteFix gets the e-mail, we will inform you on how to proceed to return the merchandise. KiteFix will repay you the purchase cost (not the shipping/handling costs) upon receiving the returned product (s).
